The basic level of redundancy compensation set by the government, based on continuous service (where there has been no break of longer than one Statutory Week (Sunday to Saturday).
A Retire and Return break may have been long enough to re-start continuous service from 0, minimum continuous service for any Statutory Redundancy in 2 years.
