Final Pension Salary Scheme

Pengage MemberZone logo - a shield with three birds

A Defined Benefit pension scheme where the future pension income you have when you retire is worked out using your scheme membership (the length of time you’ve been a scheme member – part-time counts as part-years) and a version of pensionable pay.

The 1995 Scheme and 2008 Scheme are Final Salary Schemes, where pensionable (or reckonable) pay uses the pay when you left or claimed your pension income, not 31 March 2015 or 2022.
