Pre-retirement and mid-career planning webinars
Online seminars delivered to groups of between 10-20 people. Bespoke content. Topics typically covered include preparing for your 25 year holiday, social and psychological considerations, pensions planning, consumer finance and state benefits.
McCloud/Remedy Webinars
Online seminars delivered to groups of between 20-30 people. Objective is to educate affected scheme members on the McCloud judgement and how the public sector pensions remedy will impact their benefits.
Pension Changes
Pensions and the benefits they provide can often change, this may be due to changes in legislation, pension scheme rules or employment changes such as TUPE. We are experienced at helping individuals to understand how such changes can impact on their pension benefits and any actions that they wish to take.
Redundancy Support
Staff facing a possible redundancy situation have many areas to consider and it can be a confusing and emotive time. Our sessions help those who may be impacted by redundancy understand not only their redundancy payment position but also the options available in terms of accessing their pension.
Pensions Tax planning sessions
Online seminars delivered in groups of up to 10 people, or individual, one to one sessions. Targeted at those people impacted, or likely to be impacted, by the Annual or Lifetime Allowances. Individual follow up sessions include a written calculation.
Pensions Tax support
Possible pensions tax charges and actions can cause anxiety amongst your employees. In addition to our webinars, we can provide tailored individual support and guidance. Reviewing the personal circumstances and position of individuals and providing a comprehensive report of any actions required.
Money Matters
Whilst we are enthusiastic about pensions, we also want to ensure that your employees are well informed about wider money matters. We provide webinars and group sessions which look at other financial areas such as budget planning, savings, where to get other financial support and managing debt.
HR & Payroll Training
Your internal teams – such as HR and Payroll – will have tasks to undertake in respect of the pension scheme. We provide support and training sessions to help these teams understand not only the fundamental aspects of the pension scheme but also the processes which they need to follow to help to provide the best service to your employees.
