Consultation Meeting
What is a Consultation Meeting?
It’s an online meeting (MS Teams) with one of our Pensions Consultants for (up to) 25 minutes. You can choose what you want to discuss, which might be to
- ask questions about your own pension position
- understand your annual benefit statements/estimates
- seek general information about your options and actions
We’ll aim to answer the questions you have about your specific circumstances so you can make better informed decisions.
YOU decide what you want to discuss and we’ll help guide you through your pension.
What's not covered?
We won’t work out your pension calculations or carry out full analysis of any estimates you have received, and we don’t offer financial advice sessions.

How do I prepare for the meeting?
You don’t send anything to us before the meeting but it’s helpful if can “screenshare” any documents you would like to talk through. You can email documents immediately before the meeting if that’s more helpful.
Your meeting will be on Microsoft Teams (which is free to use) so you need to be able to use Teams and it’s often helpful to check the meeting link works for you before the meeting.

Who is my Pensions Consultant?
We have a small team of pensions experts – Laura, Kerry or Gilly will be there to help you.
How much does it cost?
Our charge for this service is £125 + VAT (£150 in total).
We’ll email you the invoice after your meeting.
How do I book a meeting?
Do I have to remember everything from my meeting?
No, we’ll send you a note summarising the meeting but take your own notes, too.
