Welcome to the first “What’s New” update from Pengage – thanks for joining our MemberZone.

We hope you’re finding the content useful, however near or far retirement may be for you.

We’ve been busy adding more content that we hope you’ll find useful, building an even bigger library of clear explanations of the NHS Pension Schemes to help you understand what you have and decisions you can make to have the best pension for you. One of the biggest new features is the Members Like Me section – walking through examples of people with membership in the 1995, 2008 and 2015 Schemes (or Sections) taking their pension income and, for some, a lump sum.  Take a look if you haven’t seen it yet.

We’re also building a bigger and bigger Glossary/Jargon Buster to help you understand the terminology and have added Members Only Webinars you can book on to.

We’d also love to hear what you like about the MemberZone so far, and anything you don’t like.  There’s a feedback button that floats over the bottom right corner of the website (we’ve tried to put it somewhere it doesn’t get in the way, but is accessible, especially if something’s not working properly) but we’d love you to complete a quick survey for us (literally 3 questions, plus who you are) to help us develop the best help for you.
