What will I get?
A 25-minute online meeting to discuss what YOU want, which might be to
- ask questions about your own pension position
- understand your annual benefit statements/estimates
- seek general information about your options and actions
We’ll aim to answer the questions you have about your specific circumstances so you can make better informed decisions.
What's not covered?
We won’t work out your pension calculations or carry out full analysis of any estimates you have received, and we don’t offer financial advice sessions.
This 25-minute meeting is unlikely to be enough time to discuss the McCloud options (Remediable Service Statement, RSS) you have received. We have a 45-minute meeting service specifically for this.
Who is my Pensions Consultant?
We have a small team of pensions experts – Laura, Gilly or Helen will be there to help you.
How much does it cost?
Our charge for this service is £250 + VAT (£300 in total).
We’ll email you the invoice after your meeting.
How do I prepare for the meeting?
We’ll ask you to complete an online form setting out your queries and attaching any relevant documents prior to the meeting. This helps us to understand how to support you in the best way.
As your meeting will be on Microsoft Teams it’s useful to check Teams and your meeting link works for you before the time of your meeting.
Do I have to remember everything from my meeting?
No, we’ll send you a note summarising the meeting but you can take your own notes, too.
