We recently worked with Viridian FX, who specialise in creating high-end visual effects for film and television. Their people are typically ambitious, younger and creative. Viridian FX approached us to ask us to help with educating their people to manage their money better.
What we did
We researched them as a business and spent some considerable time discussing our ideas with them. They had some specific requirements based on the types of discussion their people typically had with their own management team.
How we helped
We designed a fully interactive half-day workshop, which we delivered on site at their premises. We started with a quiz, which allowed all participants to better understand their approach to financial matters, risk and spending.
The main session involved face to face delivery, the use of interactive slides, workshop activities and practical breakout tasks. It was broken down into eight specific areas as follows:
