Civil Service Pension Scheme Update

Administration of the Civil Service Pension Scheme transferred from MyCSP to Capita in December 2025.  There were already delays with MyCSP.

We’re aware this transition has caused many delays and processing issues.

Unless you have already applied for or are about to take your pension benefits, please allow time for the full handover and for backlog cases to be resolved.

If you believe your pension figures may be incorrect, we can provide a Peace of Mind check.

We cannot influence the speed at which the scheme processes or pays pension benefits.
