Pensions and financial wellbeing - piecing it together, making it fun and unpacking the mystery
Engaging with your people on pensions and other financial matters is not easy. But it’s more important and relevant now than it ever has been. You can look after your people’s wellbeing. You can help them retire when and in the manner they want to, whilst minimising any risk to your organisation. We have worked with some of the UK’s major employers to help engage and educate their people on pensions and related matters.
McCloud webinars
Online seminars delivered to groups of between 20-30 people. Objective is to educate affected scheme members on the McCloud judgement and how the public sector pensions remedy will impact their benefits.
Pre retirement and mid-career planning webinars
Online seminars delivered to groups of between 10-20 people. Bespoke content. Topics typically covered include preparing for your 25 year holiday, social and psychological considerations, pensions planning, consumer finance and state benefits.
Pensions tax planning sessions
Online seminars delivered in groups of up to 10 people, or individual, one to one sessions. Targeted at those people impacted, or likely to be impacted, by the Annual or Lifetime Allowances. Individual follow up sessions include a written calculation.
Calculation support for individuals
Typically for members of the NHS Pension Scheme, Civil Service Pension Schemes and other public sector arrangements. We carry out individual calculations to help individuals navigate through their pension choices and plan better for their retirement. We incorporate 'What if?' planning, pensions tax and McCloud implications.
About Pen-gage

I just wanted to write a thank you for your exceptional session about Civil Service pensions this morning. This is the first time that any information has been provided to me that explains how the civil service pensions work.
